Data Deletion

You can delete the data LoudLot holds about you in any of these ways:

1. Disconnect a social account in LoudLot. Open Social Connections in LoudLot and disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that connection and stops LoudLot from publishing to it. It does not revoke LoudLot's access at the platform itself — see the next option.
2. Remove LoudLot from the platform's side. In Facebook or Instagram (Settings → Apps and Websites) or LinkedIn (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services), remove LoudLot. This revokes our access; disconnect in LoudLot as well to remove stored tokens immediately.
3. Request full deletion. Email privacy@loudlot.social from the address on your LoudLot account and ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (which are deleted when that requirement ends).
