Privacy Policy

LoudLot is a product of RepRocket LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("LoudLot," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@loudlot.social.

Information we collect

Account information. When you or your dealership create a LoudLot account: name, email address, workplace (dealership), and role.

Social account information, with your authorization. LoudLot publishes to social platforms only on your explicit instruction, using access you grant through each platform's official authorization (OAuth) flow. Depending on which accounts you connect, we receive and store:

• Facebook: your public profile, the list of Facebook Pages you manage, and the content and metadata of posts published to those Pages through LoudLot.
• Instagram: your Instagram professional account information and the content of posts published to that account through LoudLot.
• LinkedIn: your LinkedIn profile name and the content of posts published on your behalf through LoudLot.
• Access tokens issued by these platforms, which we store encrypted at rest and use only to perform the actions you request.

Content you create. Post drafts, personalizations, and media you upload for publishing.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your social accounts, publish the content you author to the destinations you choose, show you the status and performance of your posts, and operate the compliance and brand controls your dealership configures. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your social account data for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host and operate LoudLot (such as cloud hosting and storage providers), under contracts limiting their use of it, and where required by law. Content you publish is, by your instruction, delivered to the social platform you selected and is then governed by that platform's own terms.

Retention

Social access tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or your LoudLot account is closed, at which point they are deleted. Records of published content are retained as required by applicable law and your dealership's record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect any social account inside LoudLot at any time, which deletes its stored tokens and stops all publishing to it. You can request deletion of your data as described at /data-deletion. You may also revoke LoudLot's access from within Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn's own settings at any time.
